Glenwood Springs Mall Opening Day and Treasure Hunt- All season long!
Some Roaring Fork locals anticipate the annual Treasure Hunt almost as much as opening day itself! At the beginning of the season, we will hide a treasure chest somewhere on the mountain three times during the season, containing a Sunlight season pass for the following year. On Sunlight’s opening day, Friday, December 4th, the first clue of the year will be posted at Guest Services, on our website - sunlightmtn.com, and in the Post Independent Classifieds. Each Friday, a new clue will be posted until someone finds each treasure! Once one treasure is found, another will be hidden.
Clues...
1. If you are looking for me, then point your tips to the west and I will be FREE!
2. Going Green isn't just about recycling and protecting our environment.
3. There is a traditional celebration blessing held at Sunlight every year. This celebration is performed by the people who are represented by the run I can be found on.
4. Do you like to cruise? Well... don't get too carried away. You won't be cruisin' for long if you want to find a 2010-2011 Sunlight season pass.
5. Left or right? Choose wisely because this race could be tight.
6. If you haven't found me on either side, try the middle and there you will solve the riddle.
