Getting Here & Shuttles

Sunlight Mountain Resort runs a shuttle service from Glenwood Springs to Sunlight Mountain and back. We have two buses running on weekend days and one running on weekdays. Shuttle riders pay only $5.00 one-way. Unlimited season shuttle passes are only $75.00 and are available at the Sunlight Ski and Bike Shop or Sunlight Mountain Resort. Times are subject to change. "I just wanted to say thank you for running such a great place like Sunlight. I have been skiing for 32 years now all over the US and Canada. I want to let you know that the guys in rental shop are the best I have ever had to deal with. They deserve a thank you. The ski school instructors like Adam deserve a huge thank you. Joe that runs the ski school deserves a thank you. I know that’s a lot to ask but I think they are the best. The first year I came to try the mountain out was three years ago and I only spent one day on the slopes. The second year my wife and I spent two days there with my kids and then went to Vail, only to hear how they wish we had stayed there. This year we spent all seven days there and have never had a better time. Sunlight has made some incredible memories along with making it affordable to people like myself with kids. Please give everyone a thank you from my family. Even the food was great and not just “box” food like the others. Kudos to the guys in the kitchen and the people responsible for the great food. “This was our second year at Sunlight. The first time we spent half the time over at Vail, What a mistake...The kids along with us learned from our mistakes. This time we stayed at Sunlight the whole seven days and loved every minute of it. Greatest people in Colorado. I have skied all over the USA and Canada over the last 32 years. Lifts are not the fastest but there was no lift lines and made it worth it. The people working here are the nicest I have ever come across. Ski school blows all of the others away, the guys working in rental are the BEST, and management is so nice you will think they are your best friends. We just love this place.
