Ski & Snowboard Lessons for Kids Aged 3 through 6-Years-Old

At Sunlight, we want kids to grow up not just learning the sport, but loving the sport! Sunny Kids Ski & Ride School offers several lesson options for 3- to 6-year olds.

For 3-year-olds: We offer private or semi-private one hour ski lessons.

For 4-6-year olds: We offer group, private, or semi-private ski lessons.

For 5-6 year olds: In addition to the options above, we also offer private only snowboard lessons.

Do you have kids aged 7 and older?

For our youngest skiers aged three years old, we offer a 1-hour private one-on-one ski instruction, or a 1-hour semi-private instruction with two children and one instructor.

Due to the strenuous nature of the sport, upgrades to a 2hr private are possible on a case by case basis.

Group lessons are not available for three-year-olds. Reservations are required.

Introduce your little ones to the magic of skiing with our private lessons designed exclusively for 4-6 year olds. Our patient and caring instructors create a fun and supportive environment where your child can take their first steps on the snow.

Elevate your 5-6-year-old's snowboarding skills with our private lessons. Whether your little one is a budding beginner or ready to tackle more advanced challenges, our tailored one-on-one instruction provides the personalized guidance they need to hit the slopes with confidence and style.

Please note that snowboard lessons are not offered for kiddos under the age of 5.

This policy only applies to Sunlight Children's Ski/Ride School (insurance is not available). A 90 percent refund will be issued if notice of cancellation is given prior to the start of the lesson. For multi-day lessons, only one make-up lesson will be offered if there are missed lessons throughout the entire session. To qualify for a make-up lesson, advanced notice must be given prior to any missed lessons. Make-up scheduling is subject to availability.
