How do I rent skis/snowboards?
You can rent equipment on our website above. You can also visit our downtown Glenwood Springs location or go to the rental shop on the mountain; however, reservations are recommended.
I have a group of 10 or more! How can I book?
If you have a group of 10 or more, please contact our Group Sales department at desiree@sunlightmtn.com to arrange your trip.
Do you rent goggles or clothing?
No. Goggles, clothing, and other equipment outside of your ski/snowboard equipment can be purchased at the downtown Glenwood Springs Ski & Bike Shop or at the mountain retail shop.
I bought a ski lesson and need equipment. Where do I get my rental?
Rentals bought with a ski or board lesson can be picked up directly from the Ski & Ride School. For kids 3- to 6-years-old, please go to the Kids’ Ski & Ride School, located under the Mountain Rental Shop. For anyone 7 or older, please go to the Rental Yurt, located next to the Mountain Rental Shop, across from the Lesson Window (please check in for your lesson first).
If you have purchased your lessons and rentals separately, pick up your rentals from the appropriate rental shop associated with your reservation.
I'm taking one lesson, but skiing for multiple days. How should I reserve my rentals?
We recommend booking your rentals directly through our rental shops for the full length of your stay, then booking your lesson at its pro-rated cost. Rentals arranged through the Ski & Ride School are available by the day only—meaning you’ll need to return gear each afternoon and pick it up again the next morning.
