Photo & Video Usage
We encourage the use of our photos and videos to showcase the beauty and excitement of Sunlight Mountain. When using our media, please credit both Sunlight Mountain and the photographer or videographer where applicable.
Example: “Photo courtesy of Sunlight Mountain Resort / [Photographer’s Name].”
Please note that we do not currently have a public gallery of photo or video assets. To request specific images or footage, please contact our marketing department directly. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, depending on the availability of assets and the nature of your request.

Media Hosting
Complimentary products, including lift tickets and rental equipment, are available to media members on assignment specific to Sunlight Mountain, Colorado, and skiing/snowboarding upon approval from the Sunlight Marketing department, based on availability. Sunlight does not provide hospitality; however, arrangements at a complimentary or reduced rate may be available through one of our hotel partners.
We also ask that you send your story once it has been published. To allow for proper vetting and planning, media inquiries should be made at least one month prior to your requested dates whenever possible. Last-minute requests may not be approved, and the marketing department reserves the right to decline any request.
Complimentary and discounted products for additional guests and journalists on vacation are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are typically not offered. The marketing department will determine what is offered to each journalist based on dates requested, employment with an established media outlet, etc.
Please note that complimentary media products are not available during peak periods, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, MLK Weekend, and Presidents’ Day Weekend.
