At Sunlight Ski & Ride School, we focus on personalized learning to make your mountain experience unforgettable. Our seasoned instructors are here to help you gain confidence on the slopes, whether you're just starting out or looking to level up your skills.

We offer a range of lessons and packages to fit your needs and budget. Since spots fill up quickly, especially during busy times like President’s Day weekend and Spring break, we recommend booking at least two days in advance.

Group Lessons

Available Online Soon!

We offer two-hour group ski and snowboard lessons twice a day, every day of the season. You will be placed with other students of a similar skill level to build your skills and confidence in the sport!

Half-Day (2-Hour) Lessons:

Ages: 13 and older
Skill-Level: Never-Evers to Intermediate

Price: $185 (includes lift ticket, rentals, and helmet)
Start Time: 9:30am or 12:30pm, please arrive 30-45 minutes before lesson start time.

LEARN TO SHINE - LESSON PACKAGE

(Available Online - Coming Soon)

With the Learn-to-Shine package, you can enjoy three 2-hour group lessons and have the flexibility to choose the days of your lessons. Take all three in a row, in a week, or throughout the season! The only requirement is that all lessons must be booked ahead of time to ensure availability. After you finish your 3 days of lessons, you will receive a voucher for a discounted season pass to continue to build your skills throughout the season!

Private Lessons

Personalized one-on-one sessions offer a level of attention and learning tailored exclusively to you. It’s an opportunity to start a new sport, enhance your skills, or finally tackle your dream run with undivided focus.

Private lessons are high in demand, but low in availability. Please contact us at lessons@sunlightmtn.com to inquire about private lesson rates and availability.

If you are looking for a private lesson due to physical, cognitive, or learning challenges, please reach out to joe@sunlightmtn.com to inquire about our Adaptive Lesson availability.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be refunded or rebooked* if requested 48 hours or more before your lesson day. Cancellation requests made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable but may be rebooked within the current season*.

Changes to your lesson reservation cannot be made on the day of your scheduled arrival and will result in the forfeiture of the product. This includes no-shows and late arrivals.

Multi-week Club lessons are non-refundable. Each student is allowed one make-up lesson, which must be rescheduled* for another Club Day with at least 48 hours' notice.

*Rebooked lessons are subject to availability and can only be rescheduled once. Any further changes will result in the forfeiture of the product.

It is important to understand what level you are at so we can assign you into the proper class. But don’t worry, we’ll make sure you’re in the right place before your lesson begins!
